Rosemeade pottery operated in Wahpeton, ND from 1940-1961. From the North Dakota clay used for these creations, there is a husky dark hue.

This piece has the foil seal but is doesn't have the Rosemeade signature on the bottom. There is no chips or other marks on this piece.
