For the Sofia crystal collection, you will need a strapless bra that has loops inside the bra. Just slide the metal hook into the loops at the front and back of the bra. Each strap has a chain on one end. Use the small clasp to attach it to the link of the chain to achieve the length desired (usually 2 fingers of slack is most comfortable).

You can also add the straps to your regular bra if your bra has loops on each end. Just slide the hook into the loops and either wear the decorative Brazilian Sofia straps over the bra strap or tuck the straps into your clothing.
